Haleo AI is a pole vault training tracking application that allows users to record, analyze, and track their pole vault training sessions. The Service may include video storage, AI-powered analysis, and performance tracking features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Haleo AI offers free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Haleo AI (videos, notes, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features for transcription and analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify important information independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

Haleo AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions or errors
• Training decisions made based on data in the Service

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
